Regardless of whether this is still a thing, I figured it would be beneficial to the brewers if I submitted a charsheet. Behold my initial optimization attempts.

Your ideal is Ravening Obsidian Dragon all day, every day. Use biofeedback (DR 3/- if you can manifest as a psywar, 2/- if manifesting as a psion/wilder) coupled with the ravening aura to discourage people from attacking you while you run up and claw/bite them to death. Strongheart vest stops you from taking Con damage from Ravening Dragon, because Con damage is bad. If you need to be the party scout, you can use amethyst and tome. If you really need to be a party buffer, you can use battle. Gold is pretty worthless.

Your projections are important because they give you buffs and utility effects. Projections at this level only give wyrmling bonuses and only last 5 rounds, so the buffs they provide need to be used in short order. Gold grants buffs, Amethyst has an at-will AoE knockdown, battle gives you protection from evil to shore up that will save, and tome (wandering) gives you emergency defenses if you need it.

You can survive in almost any condition with endure elements from your crystal and whatever semi-edible thing you can find with purify food and drink from your amulet.
