D&Dfying Elder Scrolls
« Topic Start: November 22, 2011, 12:51:14 AM »
Magic - Psionics? Or Spell Points System from UA?
What monsters from D&D books could sub for those from ES? Dragons and giants are probably obvious, but the rest?
Any suggestions/ideas?
Magic is for weaklings.

Hawkeye: "...so I shot the guy with an arrow! Of course it does nothing, because he's like... a GOD or something. And Tony just turns to me, and gives me this look, you know? What was I supposed to do?! You bring the guy who shoots arrows, he's gonna shoot an arrow!"

Astronaches are basically modified elementals, they do a little better than D&D's plain melee brute elementals though.

And to the mercies of a moment leaves; The vast concerns of an eternal scene.

Slight modifications to a Dryad would give you a Sprigan.

How come you guys never wave?

Please send me a PM if you give me kudos. I'm interested in what I'm doing right.

Bizarrely I would have thought the dragons would use truenaming or something instead of a breath weapon

Well all of the elder scrolls games include the basics of wolves, Bears, Crabs (mudcrabs of course)... Daedra are basically demons. Don't know off of the top of my head what I would suggest to sub...

Warforged are all up in the dwarven ruins.

The Falmer are... grimlocks I think they're called, the blind guys....
