I'll take a stab at this. Feats:

Incarnum fortified body - Needs to be an incarnum feat and have an investment option. Something like Hp = Essentia * # of incarnum feats plus essentia as insight bonus saves v petri/death.

Improved Essentia Capacity - Could also be an incarnum feat but an investment option might be too much.

Saphire Fist - Dmg bonus should just be to all unarmed atks.

Cobalt Critical/Precision - So bad I can't think how to fix them.

Also the combat focus and shield specialization feat chains look good for adding new incarnum feats based off of them plus bardic music, knight's challenge, and aura class features could easily be used for another incarnum feat.

Soulmelds:

Soulspeaker circlet - This is seriously weak. Should have been 1 lang + 1/essentia. Could easily add a bonus to truespeech checks and not be out of whack.

Fearsome mask - Only skill booster that has a single skill without a +4 +2/essentia advancement.

All I got for now.

Sorry for coming late to the party but a sneaky PrC for multiclassing with rogue could be cool.

totem/rogue or soulborn/rogue?

I pretty much have the soulborn redo rough draft done.

Preferably soulborn/rogue but either could work.

Honestly, Incarnum needs some prestige classes for straight Incarnate/Totemist. Magic of Incarnum seems to lack in regards to usable prestige classes that are not based around multiclassing.
But meh, Dual progression PrCs for unsupported character types (ToB, Binders, etc) would not be bad either.

I have a dual-progression Wilder + Totemist = Black Blood Cultist in my sig.

It's begun — my things have overgrown the previous sig.

I'm generally of the opinion that each of the three main Incarnum classes needs more individual options. Wizards, clerics, fighters etc. all have tons of single-class to PrC options. Why shouldn't Incarnum?
