You crawl around on all fours like a beast.
Benefit: While shifting, at the start of each round you may choose to be treated as a quadruped, gaining +5ft land speed and a +4 bonus on checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground. If you gain this benefit you may not attack with weapons wielded in your hands for the remainder of the round (natural weapons are unaffected).
