Upon casting this spell your armor sheds most of its bulk, and the excess energy is incorporated into your form. You gain a bonus to Dexterity equal to the base AC bonus of the armour plus the effective enhancement bonus of its enchantments. Your armor grants none of the normal bonuses or penalties while this spell is in effect, and you are not considered to be wearing armor for the effects of abilities which are hindered by armor. The effects of this spell are considered to replace the armor's normal enchantments, and thus the effect ends if the armor is removed.
In addition, this spell generates an outward blast of force. Any adjacent creature must make a Reflex save or be knocked prone. You receive a +4 bonus on Strength checks made to escape from bindings in the round this spell is cast.
If you attempt to cast this spell on an intelligent suit of armor, it receives a Will save to negate the effect.
Focus Component: A suit of armor worn by you. You must be proficient with this armor. Warforged may use their composite plating for this purpose.
